Kaay Then, might as well get my self going on here too, even thought Im not a big Rp forum person. Welp here we go. Location: West Quarter | Near a brook. Time of Day: Midday Weather: Scattered clouds, Blue Skys, and in the high 80s. Starting Character Renly Grimm Topic [If any]: None, Just Roleplay. Posting Order[ Will be updated as people join] 3/5
Renly Grimm It was quiet, nothing but the almost absolute silence, the only sound that could stir in a being's ear was that of the bubbling brook as the water rushed down over rocks and slopes in the bank and the sound of the birds chorus that was held in symphony in the canopy of the trees that shaded the area as well as swished it's leaves in the cool, calm breeze with a quiet, subtle rustle. Underneathe the green grass swayed in sync with the leaves above it, and tickled a paw that lay in it, connected to this cream colored paw was slender feline, whose fur was long in tuffs about her form. Tan and a creamy white made up most of the she-cat's pelt, though a darker , almost khaki, brown painted over it in large and small stripes. Emerald green eyes blinked open, watching the surroundings peacefully, enjoying the sights of nature for once, taking in the color and beauty of it all instead of the sickening red that found its way into her life more then normal, staining her mind with the brutal fierce shade. Inhaling deeply, The assassin soon found her eye lids closing, hiding her green hues from the world as she leaned back against a tree , hiding from the sun that plague midday with such harsh rays, severed tail twitching contently at her side.. well kinda. Renly hummed softly, a tune with a joyful laid-back melody that's notes seemed to bounce around the area, going along and fitting the scenery even more, though her voice wasn't the most lovely, it would suffice for her ears. The cat had ran out here after a meeting with her cousin, enjoying her day off was what she was doing, and enjoy she shall. Hour had past now, since her early morning awakening, and it was nice, to just find herself a comfortable place without the bustling of the major Quarters of the city, having to be around so many.. it made her nervous, as she feared being called out, her secret revealed, when only her contracts had nothing personal about them, they were just kills at the flip of a coin. Grimm never saw herself as a murderer, but a excellent hunter, besides, she always figure the murderer was the on who paid to put the arrow into the skulls requested, the maine coon mix was just doing what the Creator put her in the realm to do. Exterminate pests of the citizen of Gweillan, and thats what she would do, til her head was taken from her. Letting the inhale out in a deep sigh that whistled from her nostrils, Ren peeled her eyes open once more, those emerald hues reverting back to the rushing water that made up the brook as she thought more on her life and duties, it was nice to do such.. The she-cat didnt have much time to do occassions like this, it was sad really, but at least she was here now.. At least not in a jail cell waiting for execution..
Failpost, Kaay going to bed now, will check, and update this when I get on tomorrow.. and do my profile up <__<; ..
Happy rping!

Jet's tail swayed behind her as she walked, a bad habit the marbled tabby had never been able to shake. Was it annoying? Yes. It didn't help the fact that every step she took the bells around her waist jingled, but now with the bonus movement from her tail, she simply felt noisy. And noisy certainly felt out of place along the silent brook. It wasn't very often that she could find somewhere so peaceful, and truth be told it made her want to sing. Jet quickly discarded this idea. Because of her abilities as an elite, she discovered they worked best when she sung. If anyone was around, she didn't want to accidentally put them asleep, because it could be a real hassle waking them up to apologize. The creamy brown she-cat had been on her way to work; she had to preform in the marketplace again this morning, and since Jet had left so early, she was taking one of the more scenic detours. It was a nice break from the bustling streets, and considering she would have to see a lot of them today to make her living, she soaked in and enjoyed the feel of the grass under her scarred paws. Her ears turned slightly and the dancer raised her gaze, her bright blue eyes falling upon another she-cat who seemed to be humming to herself. She frowned faintly; it wasn't always the safest to be out in places like these alone. Well, not entirely alone. But this she-cat didn't seem intent on whipping out a dagger and mugging her, and if Jet was being hunted she'd assume she would've found out by now. She hardly even knew anyone in the empire! She was very far from social, and so she quickly averted her icy eyes from the strange feline and kept walking, her bells suddenly sounding extremely loud in the tense air. She shot her belt a harsh glare, as if looks could kill the loud, jingling sound.

Renly Grimm The thought continue to flow through her mind as she sung the tune, the brook adding in with the chorus of the bird, it all seemed to fit. Then there was that.. Obnoxious noise that broke the melody, suddenly. Emerald gaze shot open, and arrow in her quiver raised suddenly and shot forward towards the noise, the makeshift weapon's tip slicing the air with ease in the force of the push and would only just wisp above the other she-cats form, lodging itself into a tree just meters away from the dancer with a thud.
The assassin stood there, her gaze glowing just slightly with the magical current that streamed through her as yet another arrow was obtained in her ghostly grasp. It was held in the ready, bow still behind her, leaning against the tree.. but as Renly scanned her gaze over the darker colored feline's form the levitating bolt aimed for the other's head would fall to the ground, the glow in Grimm's eyes fading.
"You shouldn't scare someone like that, I thought you were a boar.. or one of those Human mutts that might have entered Gweillan somehow. They tend to find themselves here to much for comfort at points, ya know." The Maine coon mix turned and picked up her arrow returning it to her quiver. "Sorry about that."

Jet froze, her eyes widening in shock and fear as the arrow lodged into the tree above her head. She whipped around, spotting the she-cat with the tangled fur as he bow was drawn yet again. The dancer felt her icy eyes flash with fear; she had no means of protecting herself, and all she had to rely on was her swift movements. But with that cat so close to where she stood, at this range she may as well have been trying to dodge a bullet. The marbled she-cat remained frozen to the ground as the assassin halted, and listened in surprise as she explained. As the dusty-coloured feline finished, Jet stood in silence.
To her own surprise, a headstrong rage bubbled. What was with her!? Randomly shooting at citizens walking by? Jet narrowed her gaze, her whiskers suddenly twitching in irritation, but she kept her voice cool as she folded her arms. "I would think somebody who looked as experienced as yourself would look where they're shooting before they let the arrows fly," she muttered bitterly, pulling the arrow from the tree trunk, "and not miss." The dancer gracefully stepped over to where the other feline was seated, holding out the arrow. Her fur was ruffled, and behind her irritation a gleam of shock still lingered in her eyes. It would take a minute for the she-cat to chill out after feeling like her life may have flashed behind her eyes. "I believe this is yours?" She flicked her tail, waiting for the other cat to take back the arrow that almost found a spot in the sokoke's face.

Renly Grimm The tabby marked she-cat stood there as the prissy dancer raged, coming closer to shove the arrow that was lodged in the tree in her face in a attempt to return it. A smug grin crawled across her face, those green hues lighting with amusement.
"You act as if you wanted me to kill you." Renly began, " They say its only a fluke when I miss, be glad your one of em' and be glad I didn't send another your way.. I never miss twice."
The maine coon mix rose to her hind legs then , snatching the arrow from the darker colored female and sticking it back to the quiver.
"Experienced? Yes. I am. Very.. but I'm only a hunter, and Who would think a pretty one like you would be taking a walk in the middle of the wood. That Jingling sound, also sounded like a bell other hunters set on traps to alert when they caught something.. like boar, or mayhaps a dogs little collar tags?" The assassin moved back to her tree, grabbing her bow and latching it to the belt wrapped around her slender form.
"It was my bad yes, but it has nothing to do with my experience, being less then any others..., I would say someone as myself, being who I am.. and have done what I do for so many years, would be above others. Just because shit happens, doesn't give you any right to come in my face with petty insults. Now then." A sigh slid from her mouth as she settled back down near the tree, plucking at some grass.
" So Sorry, as I said earlier. Forgiveness is a virtue you know, as well as being grateful. " The cat smiled, " My Name is Renly Grimm.. But call me Grimm."

[OOC: three spots are still open, so hope you all don't mind if I join in ^^;]
Norice silently walked between the trees, enjoying the warmth of the sun that filtered through the green leaves of the canopy; soft grass brushing against his four paws. The tom loved to come out here, escape from the noise and crowded markets of the city. Out here one could find peace, beauty, and fresh air.
Up ahead he caught the faint sound of voices, making a slight frown form. Not wanting to interrupt them, or walk in on a theft in progress, Norice changed his direction, veering of to the side. After walking a short distance he found a tall, sturdy tree to perch in. Crouching down his brown and white pelt rippled as muscles braced themselves as he leaped up into the first branch, then another, before resting his back against the tree. The Japanese Bobtail mix could barely make out the voices now, and decided to ignore them, instead started to mess with the ocarina around his neck.
It was so nice out here, so comforting, relaxing. Norice pulled the ocarina off from around his neck and slowly started to play a melody that had been in his head ever since he had left the noisy city, letting the music wash over him.

Jet huffed, but she wasn't one too hold a grudge and shrugged it off. "Sorry about my outburst there too, you just scared me is all," the dancer admitted with a crooked smirk. She flicked her tail, nodding curtly as the other she-cat introduced herself. "Jet Marrow," she chided, but her attention and her gaze was elsewhere. She heard the rustling of bushes, and her eyes narrowed into the neighboring forests with unease. After already being shot at accidentally, the sokoke didn't exactly feel the warm fuzzies of safety.
The sounds stopped momentarily, and the brown feline's ear flicked dismissively. "I could've sworn I had heard something" she mumbled, half to herself and half to the sandy assassin. Right as she was about to turn her back to the canopy however, a soft music could be heard through the trees. Jet's jowls slipped back into another grin. "Guess I'm not crazy," She mewed, making her way into the trees. Her bells jingled slightly as she made her way through the underbrush, trying to follow the source of the sound. The ocarina's soft sound seemed to echo around the trees, and the dancer soon stopped and folded her arms in a displeased manor. She was no tracker, and quickly scanning around, she saw nobody on the ground. Maybe....? She glanced up, searching the branches of the trees but whoever was playing taunted her with invisibility.
The marbled she-cat turned, glancing back at the lounging feline and raised an eyebrow, as if to say 'please tell me I'm not just hearing things'.

The tom heard the faint sound of bells, but didn't pay them any interest, too caught up in the relaxing music. Norice vaguely wondered if it had been one of the arguing cats from before, but the thought quickly vanished as the song reached it's peak before slowly coming back down.

Those ear's twitched, feeling the wind blow through her fur again as the other cat accepted her apology and introduced herself next. A smile creeped across her features, severed tail bobbed slightly in amusement.
"Very Nice to meet you Jet, You are a-"
The she-cat began, watching the darker feline stalk a few meters off, muttering something about a sound. Renly strained her ears, listening contently and keenly, and there was, the notes of a instrument dipped and waved in the air with beautiful harmony. This would force the assassin, posing as a hunter, to her paws, raising up on her hind legs.
"No, No, little dove.. I hear it too. Its coming from up ahead.."
The pale colored cat followed behind, receiving the glance from the other as the music became louder but the source could not be found. Grimm twitched a ear idly, those green hues scanning the canopy, as a brow was upped. Returning to all fours, the she-cat padded quickly past her new company, heading straight for a nice sized oak, and launching herself up it. Claws dragged in the bark, her face strained as she pulled herself up.. Believe it or not, Ren was not made of muscle and for an assassin, she had a terrible time climbing, though made up for it in her skill with the bow and deadly aim.
Finally she would reach a branch, huffing, nostrils flaring.
"HELLO?" The huntress of citizen's called out, the music was dimming now, and it made a shiver run down her spine.. A melody with no owner? Could it be a spirit.. ?

The dancer paused, letting the scruffy she-cat slip past. Jet followed after her quietly, glancing upwards as Renly made it to a fairly high branch. Seeing her struggle, she quietly opted to stay safe on the ground below. She pricked her ears, seeing the sandy feline's slight distress. Surely a huntress could track? Wait...there was something to track...right?
The sokoke folded her arms nervously, keeping her tail close to her sides. What if there was magic involved? Could Illusion abilities make others here sounds? What if an evil witch was trying to lure them into the woods... away from the villages...where nobody could hear them scream... No. She forced herself to stop jumping to the right, removing her teeth from her lip. Another bad habit of hers was biting her lips when she was nervous, often leaving them chapped. A tiny flaw most didn't notice, but it hurt if she got scared badly enough. She reminded herself that she was just being foolish at this point; she loved music! So why was she so uneasy? Something seemed to have worried Renly, who appeared like quite a steely cat. Jet assumed that's what had shaken her.
"There's something about these woods that give me the creeps," she declared half to herself, but loud enough for the huntress to hear her. Jet quietly decided she liked Renly. Why? She wasn't all that sure, the cat almost shot her on the spot. But hey, she was more experienced then herself at surviving stuff like this, so she wasn't going to judge her talents. Also, there was a kittish sort of admiration the dancer felt towards older felines. Ever since her mother left, all older felines provided a slight sort of safety comfort for Jet when she was around them. Being called little dove simply brought a little reminder to her. She wasn't very young at just over 2 years of age, but with her blue eyes flickering uneasily yet curiously for the source of the music, she resided in any form of comfort she could get her paws on.

The sound of claws scrapping the bark startled the tom out of the small trance he had fallen into while playing. It wasn't an uncommon occurrence for him after all. Letting the song fade, Norice gave a small sigh, wondering if he should have veered further away from the other cats, which he suspected were the ones bothering him now. "Have you not heard the saying, curiosity killed the cat?" Peering over the edge of the branch, the brown and white tom stared down at the she-cat, taking note of the bow. His eyes then wondered to the other cat, another she, standing on the ground.
"Mmm,...you two aren't fighting anymore I take it then? If you are, please leave me out of it. I have nothing to say to whatever you you squabbling about earlier." Norice scratched the back of his head, feeling slightly awkward now for giving his presence away. If he would have stayed quiet long enough, he could have fooled the others into believing it had been some sort of apparition or witch and had left him alone. But it was to late now to turn back time, he would just have to deal with it. In two swift motions, he jumped from his branch down to the one where the sandy colored she-cat was, then to the ground; landing a few feet away from second she-cat, noticing she had bells on her.
"A hunter and a dancer?" Norice couldn't hid the small amount of surprise in his voice. "Why would you two be traveling the woods together?"

Renly was startled just slightly by the sudden face, the fur along her neck and back standing on end before laying flat once more. "Ever hear of cat killed the musician?" The words slipped, though spoken under her breath. The cat would blink, large ear's twitching with confusion as she listened to the tom speak though in the back of her head she was processing her relief on how it was not a ghost, that was one thing she was truly scared of. Apparitions.
The she-cat swallowed hard, shaking out her fur before moving back quickly as the already judged tom pushed his way past her and to the ground. Ren would snort, flicking that severed tail before proceeding to the ground as well, standing next to Jet with a unamused look.
"Fighting? I hardly say it was that, a true misconception on your part dear. Shouldn't assume, and trust me you will get no part of anything with that rude of an attitude." The light colored she-cat grunted, upping a brow. As the assassin was about to turn away, and give a muttered suggestion to Jet was when the darker more brown feline spoke again, "What? And why couldn't we be traveling together, A Hunter and a Dancer couldnt be friends?" Grimm would return to facing the stranger with a face of confusion.

Jet listened quietly, her arms folding across her chest; partially because it was comforting and partially because she was slightly displeased. This cat seemed a bit...rude? Sure, the dancer was far from persnickety when it came to manners, But their 'squabbling' had simply been the marbled feline's outburst. She felt a pang of guilt, she didn't want Renly going around getting a bad name over an accident. Her ears flicked up to listen as the she-cat beside her started speaking. Why couldn't they be friends? Of course they could, and she quietly nodded to her statement. "Exactly ~" She mewed in a sing-song voice. I like making friends wherever I go," she flicked her tail, making her balls jingle softly, "but I admit, we weren't travelling together. I just kinda ran into her," Jet smiled, not wanting to be dismissive as she answered the tom's question.
Her bright blue eyes flickered momentarily to the instrument he carried. If he spent most of his time being a musician, she wasn't sure. She didn't often make quick assumptions like others seemed to make of her. She frowned softly; sometimes she was automatically deemed as a shallow dancer cat simply because she wore bells and her looks were far from hopeless. She shrugged away the thought, listening quietly to see what else the other cats would say, not wanting to be a star of this conversation, since with the edge in both Renly and this new cat's tone, Jet herself was feeling a bit uneasy in case things didn't really go over smoothly.
