She sighed as she listened to the tom beg her to help him. It was so sad the kind of change that he had gone through in the time that she was with him. What could see really do besides help him. Maybe if she did, he would leave and she could get back to her work. She tilted her head a bit as he offered playing for her if she helped. Play for her? She noticed him motion to something and finally began to piece it together. He must have had an instrument with him. It could be worse really. Maybe some music would help attract some attention to the cats that where here near the tavern. She gave a small smile at the thought.
The she cat soon turned her attention back to the paper before looking around a bit. She was trying to find some place where they could let the paper dry. The only place that was coming to mind was the tavern. Even with the shade from the roof on the outside, she was sure it would dry quickly from the heat. She reached her hand out. "Let me have it. We can take it to the tavern to dry, though you may have to stay there and watch. I have work to do."

Miles ears twitched as he noticed the stranger stop to think, was she actually considering helping him? With a quick flick of his tail, he continued his prayer for help, similar to the way a madman would echo the words he has just said. Perhaps he was a touch mad in that matter, slowly moving his lips in sync with his thoughts. Please…
He wanted to scream, the few moments of silence in between his last words and her first words were deafening to his ears, the quietness spinning him into agony. It was almost always times like this when something bad would happen, when he would come out.
Miles didn’t realize he was holding his breath until he let it out with a loud exhale as the she cat finally spoke. “Um-“ the tom looked at the stranger, to his poster, then back to the stranger again. Did she really want to take it from him? Hosting a blank look, the tom stared at her paw for a few moments, not really wanting to release the paper to her. She could easily destroy it, before he would have a chance to react at that. When his eyes lifted to hers, he quickly shoved the parchment at her, with an awkward chuckle. “Hehe …Right. What was intended as a toothy smile came off more like a grimace as he reluctantly pulled his arm back. “That sounds good.

Iseret kept her gaze on the tom as she was thinking about her choice. She could see that he was hopeful and then surprised when she decided to help him. Guess he assumed that after the way that he head treated her before, she would just ignore him and go back to her work. Really she didn't want to help him, but it was her nature to help others, so why not. Maybe this tom could be kind if he was not so sexist. She looked down to her hand as she waited for the tom to hand her the poster. She could see that he really didn't want to, but she could not understand why. It was just a thing of paper, but she was not going to ask. She didn't want to make another arguement start up when they were just getting along.
Once the she cat held the paper in her hand, she stepped out of the alley and looked around. She hadn't really been to the tavern before but it couldn't be hard to find. She looked back to the tom to see if he was following her. She continued on down the path, moving a bit like a dancer to avoid some of the cats that were in her way. She really liked dancing and was always quick with her movements. She soon stopped as she noticed a larger building near the palace. Guess that was the tavern. She smiled as she padded up to it, carefully unrolling the paper and let the sun shine one it.

Miles followed behind the she-cat, relaxing slightly as she swayed around strangers and citizens in the street. He noticed her gracefulness, slightly jealousy as he found he couldn’t move like her, bumping into a shorter tom with soft mew of apology. “Lots of cats out today,” He remarked to himself as they continued down the street, darting his eyes at every cat suspiciously as if they might try and steal his poster from the dancer.
The tom almost walked into her as she stopped to lay out the parchment. He had been walking closer to her than he normally would have; almost guarding her in case anyone attempted to take the paper. He smiled as he watched her spread it in the sun, glad that it would dry quickly in the extra heat the light provided. “So…” he looked around at all the felines running past, “Do you want to perform here? There are enough cats here to make a good audience. ” Even though his statement was true, he suggested it more selfishly with the mindset of staying near the poster than giving the she-cat more publicity. A quick pull at the buckle on his bag revealed his most precious possession, his pan flute. He pulled it out carefully and held it firmly in his paws, almost showing it off too her as he positioned it in front of him.

{Sorry for the late reply}
Iseret took a moment as they were heading to the tavern to make sure that he was following her. There really was no reason to be doing this if he wasn't going to be coming with her. She could care less about the poster, but it was in her nature to help out others. She had taken a look at the paper to make sure that nothing else was getting damaged on their way there. Who knew how he would act if something got wet again or perhaps something on the poster got ripped. It would just be better for her to get this over with so that she could return to her normal dancing spot. She had ignored his statement, keeping her mind focused on getting to their destination.
Once the she cat and the tom arrived to the tavern, she felt him bump into her and narrowed her eyes a bit. Would it hurt for him to watch where he was going? She sighed and laid it out on the railing to the outside. It would probably be the best place for it to dry. She gave another glance to the tom as he asked if she would like to preform here. "Yeah... there's a good number of cats that come here and I am sure that they would enjoy seeing a little show outside..." She was more so answering that for him so that he wouldn't have to move away from his precious little piece of paper. She watched him as he pulled out the little flute. What an interesting instrument. She waited for him to begin playing before dancing to the tune he picked out.

( You're fine Iseret's new app looks great! ) Miles smirked as he noticed the stranger look at his instrument, proud that it had caught her eye, even if only for a few moments. He brought the flute to his lips, silently debating what to play for the dancer before he suddenly twitched his tail with annoyance. Everyone around seemed to be occupied or completely devoted to something else, ignoring the two performers as they stood at the side of the Tavern. With a bold step into the middle of the street, he exhaled onto the shortest pipe with force, sending a high pitched whistle into the air. Looking up, he smiled as the majority of nearby cats turned in their direction. “Try to keep up.” He winked impishly, implying that song was going to be a fast one. He blew into the instrument again, starting at the longest pipe and quickly working his way up to the shortest one, playing a harmonic run by skipping a note purposely. He closed his eyes slightly, focused on executing the quick and difficult tune flawlessly. This was a song he played-and practiced- often, so often, that he had even choreographed some simple dance moves to perform as he played. With the spell a long time ritual cast, he began to dance, completely forgetting the role his partner should be playing as he took a large step forward in time with the music

Iseret's eyes gazed to the passing cats as the tom took out his instrument. She could see that the cats really were not interested in the performers, at least not until the musician made his way into the middle of the street and began to play his tune. She followed along, using quick movements and twisting her body to the sound of the flute. She could really move along to any sort of tune, it just took her a moment to find the right movements to use.
The she cat smiled as she watched the cat's reactions, though could see some of them turning heads to the tom as he was playing a bit of a different tune and even adding in his own dance moves. She gave a smile as she stopped and began to back away from her partner. This was the perfect chance for her to sneak away and let him have the crowd to himself. She padded away quietly and snuck through the crowd to cover up her scent in case he noticed and decided to try and follow her. Before she made her way out of his sight, she whispered, "Good luck."

( Bahaha! Something about that last line really made me laugh. It makes a pretty good ending so want to just end it here even if that makes it kind of short?)
