Koi didn't wasn't really sure about cooperating with her right now. What if it was some kind of trap? The tom really didn't have the time to argue , seeing as they were being chased by savage animals. Koi scurried up on top of the other pile of barrels, taking in why Sky had said but he always seemed to have a different idea in mind. He took his sword from his mouth, standing back up on two legs once he was on top of the barrel pile, and then he used his sword to help knock them over the monster, hopefully slowing them down a bit and adding to Sky's distractions. He managed to doge through the mess of barrels with his superior speed and agility, trying to find this place Sky had mentioned with his weapon back in his mouth.
The pirate stopped once he found the two doors, leading down to some kind of cellar or basement. There could have been hundreds of these around, hopefully he was aiming for the right one. "Aye Aye!" He called out, saluting her before opening the door, and pulling it closed behind himself as he made is way in. Now all he had to do was wait. It was to quite in here for his own liking.

Sky watched in horror as the pirate entered a cellar, but it wasn't the right one. She snarled and her eyes began to glow with rage. How could he do that to her when she wanted to help them?! She stopped and sent loads of her own whisps at the monsters, and finally, she stopped right in front of the door that Koi had entered, she waved her paw and three more whisps where created. These whisps weren't deadly like the real ones, but they could lure real ones to the target, and the door the pirate had entered was a place where whisps were most likely to dwelll in Gwellian.
She whispered a few words to them, in no language known to cat, and they dissolved into mist and entered the dark cellar. The she-cat left them to do their thing and took off for the basement door. She ran as fast as she could and finally dropped into the old hole, she had to run fast, because the monsters were gaining and they could easily break the old door. She finally found the stair she was looking for and ran so fast that no one would see that it was a cat running, and finally, she stood on the roof, and she could hear the shrieks of the creatures as they struggled with the stairs.

The tom blinked, opening the door and poking his head out from the cellar, were the monsters gone yet? He wasn't quite sure. He has heard something going on outside a few moments ago, however he would have never opened the door when such events were happening. Once he noticed that the coast was clear, he climbed back out, looking around and holding his sword defensively. He felt a little bad for putting Sky through all of this, what if she ended up getting injured? He shook his head, he had to trust Sky and trust that she was going to be alright.
Once Koi was out from that dark and horrible cellar he took a quick look around. He couldn't spot Sky or the weird monsters from before. Where had they gone? His ears perked back up when he heard some shrieks and cries off in the distance. That must have been them. He was a little afraid, however he couldn't leave Sky by herself. He popped his sword back into his mouth and then down on all fours, he raced towards the noises.

Sky was almost in panic, for when she tried to re use her magic, she felt all of its energy simply drain out of her paws. She had used it too much and now only physical defense was possible. Her pupils narrowed, so that her pale green eyes looked wild, and she reach for her arrows. Just as the first creature, quiet small but just as dangerous, leaped out of the door, she sent three arrows flying to its throat, each hitting in target and sending the creature to it's death down in the streets. She looked down quickly and saw it had landed near a cat, though she didn't recognize who because she was so high up.
Sky took three more arrows and sent them at the next five creatures as they emerged, as they were shrieking like crazy, she jumped off of the roof, bow still in hand, and onto a tent a story or two lower then her, she flew onto the next building and felt someone's gaze on her, most probably the creatures' she could feel their running all through her bones.

Koi was so confused. He could her the shrieks but he had no idea where they were coming from. He stopped and then took another quick look around, removing the sword from his mouth once more. He gritted his teeth, feeling more worried as time passed. He felt horrible leaving Sky to fend for herself, what if something happened to the poor cat? He knew she could take care of herself, but still he couldn't help but to feel uneasy about the she-cat's safety.
Just then, one of the monsters feel straight down in front of the tom and he could have sworn that he had almost jumped out of his fur. He was about to scramble away like the shocked little cat he was but then he noticed the three arrows sticking out of the beast. Was it dead? The pirate gave it a quick poke, just to be sure before he quickly scurried away from the thing. He let out a sigh or relief, realizing that it really was dead. Where had it come from though? The tom looked up but he saw nothing. He could still hear the noises off in the distance though so they were still alive. Koi popped the sword back in his mouth as he looked up at the buildings before he quickly maneuvered his way up onto the top of one, swinging off of various objects and hooking his claws into holes and crevices.
Once he had reached the top, he took a quick look around, at first he saw nothing, but then he noticed the familiar she-cat roof-jumping to escape the monsters. The pirate narrowed his eyes before getting onto all fours once more and making haste to chase after them. He couldn't let those creatures get a hold of her after all. He just wouldn't allow that to happen.
