The markets where packed with noisy humans, dogs and the occassional cat. The markets had sold everything; food, cloths, trinkets, Weopens even pets! But this, wasn't a paradise. All cats had an oath to keep. A secret no human could imagine, the Grimalkin Oath. Cats had their own world, the Gwellian empire. That was the place to talk, run around on two feet and do all of the things humans did. But the Gwellian empire had shades who enforced the laws. Many cat criminals got caught and killed. But, in the human world cats do as they please, steal and kill.
Ash, an unusually colored cat, sat onto of the human palace. She watched down as creatures scampered around. Ash was a hunter in the Gwellian empire, but she also was a great thief. She knew the ways of shades, because she used to be one. Ash hated being a shade, it was a horrible thing. She used to just steal while the other shades thought that she was doing her job.
Ash stopped thinking and lept of the roof, she jumped into an alleyway that lead to the markets.
Ash saw a few cats she knew in the Gwellian empire, but plainly ignored them. She approached a fish stand, the noisy owner was away talking to other humans, to busy to notice Ash pinching a fish. She hid under the stand, she loved fish! But Ash came to the Rithengar to steal from the human palace. It was easy as there where no shades.

Kelvie darted across rooftops. 'Why am I here?' She thought. 'I'm an idiot, why am I out in the day?' She bugged herself. But she knew the reason. Because of her insomnia, or the closest a feline could get to the disorder, created an abnormal sleeping schedule for her. Last night, she had managed to fall asleep at the Hot Springs in the underground kingdom. To make up, she had come out that day. She wasn't wearing her cloak, a super risky choice, for she could be identified.
Suddenly, looking down, she saw a black and white form streak under a fish stand. Ash, a cat she had seen in Gweillan before. Kelvie crouched on the roof, waiting.

Ash muched on her fish, she glanced around some cats where walking the streets foolishly. Humans might try to catch them, why don't they hide? Ash thought. She was enjoying her time in Rithengar, it was easy. Ash snuck out of under the stand with ease, she padded back up to the alleyway and leaped onto a rooftop. Ash much preferred traveling on rooftops, she liked the feeling of looking down on others. She glanced around, a cat was sitting there. Kelvie ash had seen the cat around the Gwellian empire. She looked around for humans before padding up to the cat. "Hello?" Ash whispered just invade humans where around.
