"STOP THEIF!"
A voice rang out true and clear in the market place, crowds parting like the sea as the thief ran for his life, a prized gem glittering in his paw. He pushed past children and the elderly knocking over whatever he could find to deter the dark shadow that was on his tail. It was Mikhail, a dark gleam in his pale yellow eyes as he chased his perp. Though it was his day off, and it was the middle of the day, he had been in the Market fro some herbs for his tea. From West quarter to south quarter the dark chased the thief, avoiding ever obstacle that was thrown his way.
He spat with Anger as he watched the tom disappear into the thick woods of the Witches Hollow. He stopped at the edge, he found this place to be extremely, eerie. And if not for his duty to protect, he would not dare to enter this cursed place. Snarling the Shade Kaiser made his way into the twisting forest, searching high and low for the thief. Throwing his hood on the shadow like tom drifted through the thick undergrowth, blade in one hand claws out on the other. He had to admit it had been some time since he had set paw in the Witches Hollow, not since he and his brother were young ones. He longed for those carefree days, free of responsibility but this was his life now and he had to deal with his life. Stopping at a moments notice the tom narrowed his eyes as a faint sound reached his hears. Pawsteps perhaps? He followed it keeping his pale yellow gaze trained o his surroundings.

Devyn had been wandering through the Witches Hollow out of curiosity at what the dark forest might hold. He hadn't found anything valuable so far, not that he really expected to anyways however nice it would've been. He had grown tired of wandering blindly through the eerie forest though and had decided to head back even though he was empty pawed. That was when a figure crashed into him. Devyn was knocked onto the ground the force of the impact with the cat laying beside him. Not for long though because said cat soon fled the scene before Devyn could even react properly.
By the time he had regained himself enough to get up the cat, whoever it was, had been long gone. Devyn had the right mind to give chase to give him what was coming. No one knocked the Leader of the Flamed Dagger's onto the ground without at least a 'sorry' and Devyn could already feel himself reaching for the dagger underneath the cloak. But common sense told him it'd be a bad idea, he barely knew these woods and getting lost was not a good idea.

Mikhail turned around in a circle, drawing a deep breath and listened to the sounds around him. The forest had grown eerily silent, only the creaking of the branches and the whispers of the wind could be heard. The Shade Kaiser spat in distaste, his stump of a tail twitching irritably as he removed his hood . His scarred ear twitched back and forth searching for any signs of life as he slowly began to make his way through the Hollow. This place made his spine ripple with unease, such an unholy place. The dark tom kept his blade on hand, just in case anything decided to read it's ugly maw.
" COME OUT YOU BASTARD! I WILL FIND YOU!" he snarled striking a tree with his claws and hissing with annoyance as fog rolled in. He would find this cat... and he'd make sure he'd suffer for his crimes.

The angry yell rang throughout the quiet woods, adding to the eeriness that woods seemed to have. Of course Devyn didn't really mind the yell, he himself wanted to yell angrily because some strange and random cat had knocked him down and not even said sorry about doing so. Ill mannered felines bothered him. Though he could be harsh he was always had his manners, or he did for the most part and seeing another callously toss their's aside irritated the hell out of him. So throwing caution to the wind Devyn started walking towards wherever he thought the cat had gone, his dagger drawn out of its sheathe. Whoever you are, you will be sorry for this he thought angrily.
