Emerilla - Assassain As the sun rose and the bird started their early morning songs, Emerilla woke, her deep blue eyes blinking from the new day's light shining trough the trees' canopies. She looked around and looked down. She had slept on a thick branch on an old tree, which certainly took her light weight. After rubbing her eyes, the dark tabby jumped from the tree, landing squarely on all fours, and then raised herself onto her hindlegs. She stretched her back and then continued down an unmarked path. "What a morning." She yawned, covering her mouth as she did so. After a few minute's walk she found herself at the Hot Springs. She had intended to come here, as it was her popular thinking place.

Calamity scrabbled for a hold on the slippery rocks of the hot springs. She was exploring today again, this time at the steamy waters of the kingdom's springs. Travelling here was no easy task of course. Though the other queen's maiden's hadn't seemed to notice her disappearance, and the royal help had turned their heads as she left. She kept their kittens entertained. They'd help here when ever she needed it, and this was something she thanked them deeply for.
Her claws, thankfully, took perch on a small dusting of greenery, moss it was called, and she heaved herself up, finally able to see the large expanse of steaming pools, the fog making everything hard to see. And making it harder and harder for her too breath. The heat forced the dark to flip her cloak hood off, inspecting the land with both eyes wide. 'Now, to avoid splashing into them. I bet they'd scald my fur clean off!' she exclaimed within herself, walking now on all fours.
As she walked, the korat mix scented, hoping to find the trail of another kindom citizen. It's no fun to bathe if not with some one else. The shadow of another feline caught her attention, but it disappeared as soon as it was spotted. 'Oh poo.' the queen's maiden huffed, shuffling down to the very edges of the water. One of her small, dainty paws dipped in, and she shuddered. Warmth spread over her limbs, relaxing her muscles, making her sigh. Oh how wonderful. With in a few minutes, Calamity's cloak was shed, her necklace hanging from her wrist, legs to midsection submerged in water.

Niasi slipped through the trees, coming into view of the hot springs. She didn't know that anyone else was here, and for a fact didn't care. She looked up at the trees around the springs and grabbed onto the braches, swinging herself up and climbing to the higher branches. She jumped from tree to tree, finally dropping down onto the edge of the springs. She was surprised to see Calamity already there. She didn't leap directly to her, but jumped down and walked over, unclipping her necklace and hanging it on a small tree that was nearby. Niasi prodded the water with a paw, then slipped in, relishing the warmth. She didn't mine the water, as long as it wasn't freezing.

Niasi looked up and flicked a light gray ear. "Well of course, sir. Unless my aquiantance has any reason to object, or if you have solely come here to flirt, you are welcome to join us." she replied quietly. She glanced over at Calamity. Niasi motined for her opinion.
(OOC: Sorry for short post, class change in school.)

Calamity hadn't really been paying attention to her surroundings, or the arrival of her fellow maiden and the wanderer. The water's warmth was just too enthralling and relaxing. She did, however notice, then Niasi's tail connected with her thigh, and she could hear the quiet rumble of a chuckle. Her eye's snapped open and the dark was met with two expectant gazes, one from a shify eyed tom and the other from Niasi. "Huh? Oh yeah you can join us. I don't mind. Just don't pee in the water." she replied, shrugging. Calamity had never been one for formalities. She gave a large yawn, stretching out her back, letting a sigh escape when it cracked. "So Niasi, didn't notice you come here. Sorry. This water is just so excellent." the korat mix purred, smiling a gradual, lazy smile. "I need to come here more often. Seems like every one here is a lot less tense and guarded here."

Niasi gave a small laugh. "Silent as I go. I'm quite used to it, Calamity." She stood up and moved a few paces over so that Leif could come in. "It's quite nice, today, isn't it?" she looked up at the sun that poked through the roof of the large cavern. She wondered what it was like back up there, where she'd been born. She hadn't been there since... Niasi shook her head quickly, not wanting to think about it. That was the past, it barely mattered now. She had a new life and new friends and new cats to take care of. Niasi closed her eyes, waving her tail slowly through the water. It felt nice, the warm water seeping through her fur. It wasn't like when it rained, when the freezing droplets sank to your skin and made you shudder with unease. Niasi glanced at the trees again.

(Sorry for not answering immediately. I've been busy with school, and I've been out of town.)
Emerilla glanced into the clearing. She saw three cats. All three of whom she didn't know. She stayed in the shadows, her dark blue eyes gleaming slightly from the little sunlight that shone through the leaves.
They seemed to be happy, enjoying their dip in the warm water. Should she show herself and bring down the mood? Or stay in the sadows and watch their every move like a lioness waiting to strike at her prey?
She decided to wait in her place. She stood still after carefully placing her dagger on the ground to make sure it didn't gleam brightly and catch the others' attention.
